The location itself is very nice!Clean pool, friendly guards and staffs around.

The room we where were spacious but DIRTY!Days ahead of our check in I already told them that we were coming!But the unit that we where in was obviously untidy!They just put some towels and some sheets!I have my children with me that's why i cleaned it myself!Also they told me that they had rice cooker!But it didn't have a caserole!We followed up but they just ignored!

Spacious and good wifi

I booked the 2br apartment for 3 persons but the blanket they provided was only for 2 persons, and its was so tiny it cant be shared by 2 persons. No toiletries, not even toilet paper! In fairness at least they provided clean towels. The toilet is clean but there is a foul smell coming from the drainage! There was a posting in the Fridge door that state “ Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea - - it’s on the house but the funny thing is they did not provide any! As part of the amenities, it was mentioned “Street Parking” and “Free private parking available on site (no need for reservation). However, Parking is an issue. Community parking is very limited and almost impossible to get one. You will need to shell out more or less PHP400 per day for parking fee.

No kettle and no extra bottled water for the water dispenser.

Good. Only the rice cooker and induction cooker were not working. The microwave was useful though. Overall, it was good for its price.
