Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge 1 night stay. Guests are required to present a photo identification and the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in at the hotel. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name. If the guest fails to provide the credit card, the hotel shall have the right to request for an alternative payment method. Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms and guests booking 28 nights or more will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
