Very professional & nice

The smell in the third floor

staff on reception were very friendly and helpful cleaning staff were great breakfast was nice and the team were really friendly and cooked eggs to order honestly it goes a long way when staff always have a smile and make an effort with you.

at night the hotel is quite noisy, thin walls. can hear other rooms and people coming and going through the night which is not great if you need to sleep. I had early starts so struggled woth sleep. I wouldn't recommend if you have kids or if you are with family

Sounds of bikes coming in room . Not able to sleep at night. Need to work on sound insulation

One elevator very busy if you want to go it will takes you a time The floor of the room is making sound wile you are walking look like the tiles will break The front desk is not helping

Staff were lovely especially Botan, Alice and Miss Won. Clean and tidy, and good value

A bit noisy from the traffic if on the road side

The stuff is very nice Location good.. not far away from the patong walking street and not very loud

The breakfast.. small area with limited choices
