The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there and WIFI facilities is great. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you!

Turned away at the door and were laughed at when we entered. There was no where on booking.com or when contacting the hotel directly which informed us we wouldn’t be allowed to stay

Nothing other than location ( close to railway station)

Special request regarding late check in and late check outs were informed to hotel through booking.com and even acceptance message came. St the time of check in hotel staff refused and I had to pay 4700 rs against the offered 1300 rs for 23 hours of my stay which was nothing but robbery. Request for taxi was not arrange And there was a rat in the room(Photo attached) Previous customers hair on pillows (Photos attached) No lift- Gave me a room in 3rd.floor No card payment machine No toiletries - even basic soap was absent Unclean and unwashed bedsheets
