TO AVOID ABSOLUTELY ! THEY REFUSED US AT THE RECEPTION AT NIGHT ! IN FACT , CONTRARY TO THE CONDITIONS ANNOUNCED IN BOOKING ,THEY WANT A PREPAYMENT. THE MAN AT THE RECEPTION WAS HORRIBLE ! GO to the BONDWELL HOTEL 400m further, new and very welcoming !

Cet hôtel n'est pas fiable du tout ! Fuyez le ! Nous arrivions de nuit et avions la confirmation de notre réservation sur booking, or ils nous ont refusé à la réception sans explication, l'hôtel était soit disant plein. L'homme de la réception était très désagréable et ne voulais rien entendre Je recommande fortement l'hôtel BONDWELL, pas très loin et où nous avons finalement atterri, chambres neuves , accueil remarquable !

The service was very bad they were really greedy the prices for food were really high and the breakfast was straight up garbage they literally gave one parantha without filling for a 150 rupees and the included breakfast was straight up garbage the only thing good was the restaurant near it and the services were also really bad it felt like they didn't want to do anything but yes if u want to waste a good sum of money this is very good for wasting money absolutely bad they don't even let us take food in the hotel we didn't take action because we are from a distant state. One word for this hotel. Horrible

People are rude at reception and everything I asked they are denying just asking for money , paise de do paise de do they stuck on it.

At entry water logging ,too slippery

The location of the hotel is very nice. The facilities and the cleanliness were also better than expectations. The staff was also polite.

The food could have been better

The rooms are worth the money, loved the stay
