Muirfield Lodge

Only 20-30 mins walk into town. Nice and quiet area. Beds were comfy, good shower. Some hooks for hanging towels needed.

Unfortunately our rooms were mixed up, one room had not even been cleaned but after a phone call two ladies quickly arrived and fixed the problems. Two tea towels for use were absolutely filthy and smelly, no kitchen paper to wipe down benches or spills. Only three chairs to sit at the table. TV remote was not working, oven not working at all, luckily the grill was. I sent a few messages about these problems but they were never acknowledged. The owner did bring some clean tea towels and a roll of kitchen paper (which was much appreciated) after another phone call. He couldn’t fix the oven but did try to fix the remote control, but no good after a few minutes. We think you should check up what your cleaners have cleaned and replaced.

Nem válaszolt a kapcsolattartó, nem tudtunk elérni, odamentünk az apartmanhoz, ott sem tudunk bejutni, más vendégekkel is találkozunk akik már órák óta próbáltak bejutni, sikertelenül, kint várakoztak a hidegben. Végül a booking.com-os ügyfélszolgálattal kapcsolatba lépve kaptunk meg a bejutáshoz szükséges kódot, kb egy óra ment el ezzel… A szobában koszos volt az egyik párna huzat, a radiátor hőfokszabályzója nehezen elérhető vol (ágy mögött) fullasztóan meleg volt. A konyha is kicsit igénytelen, se tea, se kávé, nincs kiskanàl

Super lokacija, zelo cisto.

Soba je bila super, edino kar meni ni bilo ok, da ce si v sobi 3 imas kopalnico/wc zunaj in moras sredi noci ven. Kopalnica je bila zelo hladna. Vse ostale sobe nimajo teh tezav.

Cozinha equipada. Limpo.

Staff gentile e accogliente, struttura pulita e rinnovata. Non abbiamo usufruito della cucina in comune, ma è una bella aggiunta. Facile il parcheggio in strada e nei pressi della struttura.

Ambiente molto pulito, possibilità di parcheggiare.

Bagno distaccato dalla stanza e ambienti non insonorizzati. Dall camera sentivamo ridere gli altri ospiti in cucina.
