The television didn’t work, & lack of kitchen equipment such as plates, only 2 wine glasses, kitchen scissors, tongs also we arrived at night & on the list of things was shower soap & shampoo of which there was none & welcome pack which I paid for which wasn’t there but this was refunded but we had nothing the first night & there were no instructions for the tv, washer dryer, microwave, or air conditioning/heating also I had to request extra keys for the property as sometimes we wanted to go out separately.
