Monika was welcoming , kind and reachable if needed. The Location is excellent. The accommodation was super clean and very well equipped. Bed was comfortable and warm enough. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Toiletries were offered, kettle and fridge are available in the room .

The room is the converted attic of a private terraced house near the train station. It's very lovingly decorated with a very large bathroom and a comfortable bed. There was tea, coffee, milk and even some croissant provided which was lovely. The wifi worked well and the connection was cleverly done via a qr code, no faffing around with passwords. Everything was sparkling clean!

There is no table, so it's not the ideal place if you are on a work trip and need to sit at a table/desk for a bit. The loft conversion aspect means it's not an easy access if one struggles a bit with stairs (my adult son on crutches had quite some difficulties to get up there). The closeness to the train station also means closeness to the train tracks which are just behind the garden. My stay was in the winter, so not an issue, but in the summer, with open windows one would need ear plugs I think. The trains dont run every minute, but they start early in the morning.

Fun quirky style and great modern facilities for a comfortable stay. Close to train line, but did not find it disturbing at all.

The property had a great location near all transport links and shopping in Kingston, very clean and cozy.

Monica was a fantastic host, extremely helpful. The room was fabulous with a very comfortable brand new mattress. Great bathroom and really clean
