Only criticism is that the door doesn’t have a lock but was otherwise perfect!
GBCraig and Monica were really friendly and helpful hosts. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge containing complimentary yoghurt and water as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Nicely decorated room - and quiet - you wouldn't know there was anyone else in the house .Good location -round the corner from the Kingston Bus Terminus and mainline Kingston railway station and London Underground, with on the road parking in a quiet ,friendly neighbourhood. Perfect for a visit to Hampton Court Palace or a River Cruise!

GBThe location was just 11 minutes from.our family was excellent. Our room was perfect. Despite the location of the Mainline Railway behind the house, it was surprisingly quiet and we slept well . The Velux windows allowed for good ventilation. A very quiet street too.

GBLocation was perfect, in a quiet residential street, yet 10 mins walk to the station and main town. Room was lovely, fridge with milk, yogurts for breakfast. Plenty of tea/coffee . We did not hear anything from the rest of the house at all, owners are perfect hosts. Train line is behind, but no worse than a busy road, it didn’t bother us. It was unusually hot during our stay, but the room stayed pleasant due to the velux windows and double doors with Juliet balcony creating a through flow of air. the owner had also kindly put a fan in the room.
Sloping roof on one side of the bed meant couldn’t stand straight , but only in that one small area.
USGBThe location is convenient for the train. The room and en-suite are very comfortable and clean. We were made to feel welcome during our stay. Drinks and snacks were provided along with toiletries.
There was nothing we didn’t like. However we knew in advance the property was close to the train track and so expected to hear noise, we still slept well despite having the windows open due to staying during a heatwave.
GBGBThe host was fantastic—very friendly and attentive throughout. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a great variety of tea options and even some yoghurt, milk and the bottles of water in the mini fridge, which was a nice bonus.
The only small suggestion would be to add a lock on the door for extra privacy. Otherwise, everything was great!
