La piscina estaba bien

Los apartamentos no estaban limpios, incluso tuvimos que limpiar alguna habitación al llegar. Pero lo peor fue que hubo una fiesta en otro piso del edificio y rompieron material en la piscina y nos echaron la culpa a nosotros. Como no tenían ninguna prueba nos han pedido 100 euros por haber dejado dos sartenes que según ellos no estaban totalmente limpias. Realmente creo que booking no ha hecho bien su trabajo porque hemos enviado vídeos en los que se ve como dejábamos los apartamentos limpios y sin embargo no han obligado al apartamento a devolvernos el dinero. En este sentido creo que estamos desprotegidos.
