Beds were like camp beds you couldn't even sit on them ...definitely need proper beds in the apartment. pool was dirty for 3 days until I asked the manager to get it cleaned.smell of urine in the stairway for the 5days I stayed there plus the area in the staurway was filthy...table on balcony is too big it needs to be square u cant move around it...main front door bottom window was broken...overall I wouldn't stay here again ..its fine if your stayin for a stag or plannin on drinkin all day but definitely not for families or even friends lookin for a comfortable stay...

Great location done a good job for us nice enough apartment especially for the price very pleased with it

The access to the accommodation and the closeness to all amenities

There was a miss communication on the booking in forms so we didn't receive the key codes on arrival and because it was late there was nobody to contact to resolve the situation till the following day. It would be better if there was a night porter. We got a refund for the first night albeit it was less than they offered.
