"Groot, wat gedateerd appartement op prima locatie"

Gelegen om de hoek van de Strip, dichtbij talloze restaurants, parkeren voor de deur is bijna altijd beschikbaar. Goede bedden, fijne badkamer, groot appartement. Communicatie met SunnyDeluxe was gemakkelijk.

Het appartement is nogal gedateerd (wel goed onderhouden), oude meubels, oude keuken (met wel een moderne oven incl. inductiefornuis), oude kasten. In de badkamer hangt een boiler waardoor de waterdruk in de douche nogal beperkt is. Dieptepunt was een abominale magnetron uit het stenen tijdperk.
