Riverside apartment with views and parking

Location was great, easy walk into center, beautiful, across street from the estuary. Many restaurants within a few minutes walk. Steve was very responsive & helpful. The apartment was slightly set back so very quiet- minimal street noise even at busy times. The recreation ground park is a 3 minute walk- quite lovely. The bus stop is less than a 10 minute walk so was very convenient. The place was small but thoughtfully furnished with everything you needed. Would definitely recommend.

I found the mattress to be uncomfortable. Ikea, very springy & firm. some might like that, but i slept on the couch. very comfortable.

Bright and clean apartment, easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Parking available but pot luck on spaces. Good value compared to prices in Salcombe.

Bed was a little too soft, and only a modest chest of drawers in the room. The kitchen was nice but a little cozy with the table in there. Would've been nice if there was a welcome pack of small quantities of tea, coffee and milk as it was late on arrival and we were not aware to bring the essentials.(I have cleaned in air bnbs and many do this, and supply a small loaf or biscuits and kitchen roll.) A shelf the other side of the bed would have been useful.

The apartment was clean. Great location.

1.Being woken up at 8am with a "live gym/Pelton class in the garage beneath us which lasted for 1 hour, ( I have a recording should you require it) 2. Being told there was non allocated parking but then my car being blocked in by a resident ( I have a photo of the number plate) meaning I had to scramble across the passenger seat to drive my car. 3. Bath towels a little small 4. Hall way was smelly and grubby, lots of leaves dead flies, cobwebs.

Great location, easy check in, parking. Really nicely equipped, modern and comfortable. 5 mins walk into Kingsbridge. We would definitely recommend staying here.
