Riverside apartment with views and parking

For a 4 night visit one bath and one hand towel per person was not sufficient. The description" with views" is perhaps a little exaggerated. The main view from the living room window was of the block of flats next door, though the river is visible

The apartment, at the back of a small block on the main road into town is perfectly located to explore the area. If you have a car you have easy access to both sides of the Kingsbridge Estuary. If you are on foot you have a 2 minute walk to the river boat that will take you down to Salcombe or any of the local buses for which Kingsbridge acts as the hub for the whole peninsula. Being at the back of the building the view is limited, but this is offset by it being quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils, even some tea, coffee, cocoa, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Always a nice touch that. Smart TV with a large comfortable couch and good size bathroom. It was very clean with a good internet. I would say although the bed was comfortable for us it is only a standard double. More mattress and less bedframe would make a difference on the next refit.

The location was excellent. The estuary views were lovely and the apartment is in easy walking distance to Kingsbridge and amenities/restaurants etc.

Somewhere to hang wet shower towels would have been handy. A handle in the bath/shower would also be useful for us older users!

I like the apartment because it's very nice and bright, it looked and felt very clean. Good parking facilities.

The apartment was very clean throughout. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. It was a great location for exploring Kingsbridge and South Devon. The owner kept in touch by email so all information needed was available.

Comfortable, light and clean accommodation with parking on site. Hot drinks and toiletries provided. Easy access to keys, view of the river. Great host.
