"Really good experience and understanding based on the inconveniences that arised."

The view was amazing. The place itself was so wonderful and they provided chairs, towels, beach umbrella, which was extremely helpful.

Some amenities did not work yet the staff was responsive and understanding and they provided even a partial amount based on the inconvenience.

"Horrible, would not recommend"

The view

No hot water and no water pressure. Offered another room with 12 hours left to my trip and is refusing partial refund. Also large break/hole in bedroom window. Could easily injure oneself on the window.

"LOVELY APARTMENT"

The apartment was beautiful. The view was breathtaking. Just like the pictures. LITERALLY! I felt comfortable and safe. I love that there's 24/7 places to eat right across the street. Beach/Pool access was 1-2mins. Love love love.

Unfortunately, it was advertised with a gym, but when I asked how to get to it, I was told it was for residents only. That was truly a disappointment since it was one of the main reasons why I chose this place.

The air conditioning was cold

The apartment was not clean! The shower glass was covered with water scum, the faucets needed replacing, the bathroom vanity top was gross, the blinds were broken, the coffee bar containers were covered in a sticky substance, and the sliding glass door handle was missing. They have exposed electrical wires coming out of the kitchen panel box which they draped over the top of the kitchen into a vent. How does Booking.Com allow this place to be on their site.

"Too much."

Well when we got there the bed sheets were used. The pillows were all stained, there was no extra sheets so we called a friend and borrowed clean sheets to dressed the bed and covers. The parking beeper didn’t work, the balcony door was very hard to open. Other than that the place is beautiful but it needs better maintenance and they should change those pillows and mattresses.
