Beachfront Apartment in Marbella del Caribe

It was on a great beach, a lot to do in the area, everyone was very friendly.

I had no complaints about anything

It was a very cozy apartment and I absolutely loved the view!

We were two people but only had one key card to open the main entrance and in addition, the remote control for the parking/garage door was not working. There was a security guard at the entrance who even though he knew me as I did the check-in with him the first day (and also had all the information of my reservation) was not willing to open the door for me if I did not have the card key on me (while my wife was at another place at the time holding with her the single key card). In addition, when we arrived at the parking entrance we had to wait in the rain for another car to tailgate behind them because the remote was not working. It was frustrating and inconvenient. I had to go to the management of the building myself (and thus had to plan accordingly our day and activities because they are not always open) so that the guard outside could open the door for me. I had to argue my way in and out of the building and the garage door multiple times. This is very frustrating for someone who has paid the apartment for TWO persons. The owner told me word by word "Hi Leonidas - apologies that this is an issue. It was brought to our attention, but we are unable to really touble shooot it from here" while I was practically locked out.

Gorgeous views and access to a pool, the ocean and eating facilities. Quiet and private even though it is a big apartment building.
