Poor guidance when you arrive. Door phone to enter wasn’t working. Little help when you call them. AC going crazy (95 degrees in the room). “Help will come” but nothing happened for 1,5 day and first when I got really upset after multiple calls. All in all not a good stay.
The apartment was updated and overall a nice place. The shower water pressure was pretty poor. Overall a nice place with alot of options for food and close to everything. The unit was not clean, it wasn’t filthy, but for a similar price as Aloft close by it was a bit disappointing. There were dorito crumbs on the floor and chairs, clumps and strands of hair on the shower walls as well as on the sheets. The fitted sheet and one of the pillow case had hair strands. I stripped the bed and flipped the fitted sheet so I could sleep on the bed. The help line apologized and moved on. Next time I will choose Aloft. Sorry to the owner but I was in town to rest not clean.
