The Woodlands Bed and Breakfast Ironbridge

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Walking distance to the town centre. Lots of eateries and pubs. Lovely and clean. Everything you could need for your stay. Marian and Dave make you feel very welcome into their home.

Absolultely charming Bed and Breakfast with lovely hosts. Our room was simply perfect, the bed was comfortable and the views from our room were fantastic. Wonderful breakfast with great conversation with our hosts. We will definetly stay here again when we are in the area.

The breakfast was a little disorganised and my personal preference would not be to sit at one large table with people I do not know and having the prep in the same room felt a little awkward.

We were extremely happy with our stay. Our hosts were great. We enjoyed having breakfast with other guests. The breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Loved Bob and Felix, the black and white cats. We had a lovely view from our room and if the weather had been nicer we would have enjoyed sitting n the patio with a glass of wine. We had a problem with the gps in our rental car and we kept missing the entrance. We switched to Apple Maps and got there with ease.

I can’t think of anything except our stay wasn’t long enough to thoroughly explore the area.

Lovely place, nice interesting hosts. We didn’t realise there would be cats but our dog coped fine and they obviously were kept out of the letting rooms

Lovely location friendly people

We found a dirty sock in the corner of the room by the stand My partner would of preferred to be sat at a table on our own having to sit at the same table as others who are staying there can be a bit uncomfortable as my partner isn’t really a people person and felt he had to communicate with others.

Sehr sauberes, helles und modernes B&B. Schönes, weitläufiges Grundstück, ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur. Kein Strassenlärm, Parkplatz am Haus, was in Ironbridge keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Dafür haben wir gerne die ca. 10 min zu Fuss in den Ort in Kauf genommen. Dave und Marian waren grossartige Gastgeber mit viel Sinn für Humor. Man konnte sich wunderbar mit ihnen unterhalten. Die Gegend hat viel zu bieten, es gibt jede Menge Dinge zu entdecken. Auch Wales erreicht man mit dem Auto innerhalb einer Stunde Fahrzeit. Für uns einer der besten Aufenthalte in GB überhaupt. Höchst empfehlenswert.
