"A comfortable room, but some traffic noise."

The location met our needs.

I received a pre check in email the day before our stay. Booking.com requested a credit card to pay for extra sundries. During our stay I discovered that my card had been charged for the full amount of our stay. Most unsatisfactory! Echo Suites did refund the money. Although the room had a microwave and hob, there was no kettle, cups, or cutlery.

WARNING: BE AWARE!!! This hotel houses the homeless. It is not recommended at all. Avoid this place at all costs. This is my very first time writing a bad review, but I felt that people must know how bad this hotel is.
