Although it took 15 mins for someone to come to the desk and the walls are thin, my stay was great. The room smelled like cigarettes a little but it was very clean, updated and cozy. Ill definitely stay again.

Check-in was easy and it was so nice to deal with Pam. Nowadays customer service is usually found to be rude and depressing but not here— Pam had such a genuine smile and positive attitude that it set off the check in process perfectly. We need more Pams in this world. My wife and I were happy with the hotel and have no complaints, it was clean, we had great customer service- what more can you ask for.

Check in was interesting as can not get into hotel after hours. Had to use phone call and wait on someone to get to front desk to unlock and let in to check in.

New building in a complex of nearby hotels. Clean, comfortable and safe. The staff is limited but thats what keeps the cost down. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. I would have appreciated a key drop to check out and maybe a cup of coffee in the morning, but I would stay here again.

Place is very clean but very Spartan No utensils, no coffee pot in room, very irritating door system when your bringing luggage in. Cannot recommend.
