Fitzrovia Mansion Apartments in Belfast's Cathedral Quarter

The apartment was in a great location and it was relatively clean, bed really comfortable, bedding clean, lounge and kitchen area good.

Lift wasn’t working, maybe a little bit of decoration, lick of paint etc but that’s being picky. It’s a lovely apartment.

Great location right in the heart of Belfast’s cathedral quarter next to all the famous pubs.

Lovely big apartment host was very helpful clean rooms excellent location to cathedral quarter and city centre beds were so comfy as well. Would most def stay here again due to the location and size of apartment we had apt 5 my friends had apt 1.

That I didn’t av the codes to get in coz my phone didn’t have internet to download them and we d left the house at 9 am and codes were nt sent thru til that morning we were going so maybe send codes night before so this issue could be avoided however we rang and host answered and it was all sorted in a few minutes so there was no problem they were really helpful. Only bad thing I’d say was lift was out of order and we were on floor 5 so if u have mobility issues maybe ask for a lower floor

Great location, very spacious , clean & comfortable

It was a big enough property and the repair man/handy man was very polite and personable.

The apartment we were in was unclean. We arrived and there were crumbs on the sofas and the floor did not look like it had been swept or hoovered! Within a walk around of the apartment, we identified the intercom telephone was broken and required repairing as it transmitted sound from the street. Granted it was a Sunday when we arrived, it was 5 hours later someone arrived to fix it. In that time we found a smashed plug socket, someone’s fake eyelashes on the duvet and other bits of just haphazardly done bits of renovation. The steps into the kitchen needed grouting or beading done better. There was damp marks on the ceiling, cracked tiles in the bathroom and mould starting on the bath. The apartment clearly needs a lot of love, as it seems beyond over due some repairs if not an update.

Lots of space and all of the amenities one would need. Very comfortable bed.

Some of the equipment was damaged or broken but nothing major other than the elevator. We wanted to open the French doors but they wouldn't open and no one responded when I asked if there was a trick to getting them open.

The apartments were bright, spacious and had everything needed for a weekend away.

The sofa bed in the living room was not very comfortable and there were no curtains on a couple of the windows in the living room which meant it got bright very early.
