It could do with a freshening up and can get a little noisy from outside and other rooms . The main issue we had was being unable to open the double window/door in the main room as a key was missing . This issue was raised by another reviewer. Would definitely stay here again

It was a little noisy at night, but you can’t have it both ways. It was near to the Cathedral Quarter nightlife, so nighttime economy noise is to be expected. Just bear in mind.

NZGBThe apartment was in a great location and it was relatively clean, bed really comfortable, bedding clean, lounge and kitchen area good.
Lift wasn’t working, maybe a little bit of decoration, lick of paint etc but that’s being picky. It’s a lovely apartment.
