The Sunrise Huraa

We had a truly enjoyable holiday on this authentic local island. The island's charm lies in its balance—enough interesting shops to explore and a nice bikini beach to unwind. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, with plenty of activities to choose from. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Despite some challenging weather, Sameer and the entire team were incredibly flexible and quick to assist in every situation. Thoughtful touches like the bikes, umbrellas or the mosquito spray made our stay even more comfortable - things, you don't think about, but need in certain situations. All in all, it was a wonderful holiday that captured the true Maldivian vibe. Highly recommended!

It's a small home converted into a hotel. Very quiet, felt like I had a lot of privacy. Service was better than at another 4 star hotel I was in couple months ago. Printed out our visas for further travel. Water always available. Hotel staff easily available on whatsapp. Good quality food. Some guests even had dinners on the beach. Room looked better than on photos. Highly recommended.

This place reminds me the lovely life in my childhood . Kind people with clean village..worm place if you looking for quiet vacation away from busy fast life. Staff great and they will make your life easier.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms provided were very comfortable. Special mention for Sameer and Rishfan who were always available.

It was further from the beach than we thought. But nothing is very far in Huraa. The beach is a 7-8 minute walk.

Amazing place to stay! The staff were so lovely and friendly, really happy to answer any questions. Their communication was excellent throughout - we messaged them at the time of booking and they confirmed things with us in the lead up, including booking our transfer from Male. Upon check-in, they provided a lovely explanation. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was most welcomed. We also really valued having access to bikes to ride around the island. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The food was average.

It was such a pleasant stay. Whatever we asked for was granted to us. We also enjoyed public speed boat transfer to the airport which costed us only $15

We really enjoyed our stay, more than we were expecting. Offered activities like Sunset fishing, snorkling or sandbank were great. Owner was very nice and helpful and also all the staff. Water for free was very welcome in the hot weather. Moreover there were towels and also beach towels provided. There was also possibility of using bikes for free which we appreciated.
