The location and some of the reception staff was OK and behaved well.

Cleanliness. It was pathetic and poorly kept. The house keeping was so bad and was beyond expectations. Some of the staff colleagues were literally begging for money (Tips).

Management was best at this time

Food was stale the first time we ordered, and too costly. Shower not working properly, TV was out of recharge

The air conditioning was not effective, and the ceiling fan was poorly positioned, so the airflow did not reach the bed. The exterior appearance did not resemble that of a hotel, and there was no lift installed, which was inconvenient. Overall, the property looked old and was not well maintained. The food was costly.

very bad room. dirty. smelly. lack of electrical safety. open cut wire here and there. horrible . in fact we paid full once arrived but compelled to leave the hotel next day morning. no refund get.
