1. Room was small and pokey 2. I wanted to go to residents lounge and it was closed for a private meeting . The manager opened the bar for me -the carpet smelled dusty and damp

Location was fab, hotel hasn't changed as we have stayed there before, some decorating has been done and some new furniture. Staff are great and lots of new faces. Love the fact it's quite and open to locals.

The rooms need updating, they put us in a room no bigger than a cell with a baby, no bath and certainly no view.
