La Villette Hotel

Cleanliness. modern facilities in room. Good lighting in rooms.Quiet location. Good value for money compared to others. Cancellation policy excellent given uncertainty with flights unlike many other island hotels where you loose entire booking cost if cancel. Heating in rooms when needed even in July. Food excellent both breakfast and bistro.. Most staff cheerful and, friendly. All staff efficient.

Exceedingly early checkout of 10.00. Early finish breakfast 9.30. pillows a bit lumpy. Booked walk in shower but room had shower over bath..though this was very good once we scaled the sides. Internet intermittent.The hotel has a large catchment area and we were the furthest room from the main server., second floor at the end. Main staircase very steep, but there is a small lift. Unexpected height changes of floor can catch you out so pay attention when walking!

Clean rooms. Great facilities, pool, jaccuzi etc

Not much variety with food

Excellent food, cool and staff. Had a lovely stay and would go back.

Bed and pillows not that comfy but otherwise great.

Could have better pillows , they were too flat
