Hotel Palace Residency near Lokmanya Tilak Terminus

Bed sheets were dirty. Water bottles were not provided. The room was not cleaned and smelly. It's not worth it for value. The bathroom is very small.

Nothing was good about the stay, Not a good property on the offered rate. Bookings.com staff should call me and talk ASAP.

Bad location,No water bottle in room and was chargeable. Air conditioning was not working. No value for money.

Staff & management hospitality. The rent is also economy.I have satisfied with my expectations.
