Hotel Palace Residency near Lokmanya Tilak Terminus

The reception guy oggles at women and once I saw him cropping and editing images from Photo ID proofs submitted by customers. They are not at all courteous. On demanding a receipt for the payment done for the stay , they rudely tell me to get it from booking.com . Food is overpriced. Cleanliness is elementary. During my stay, housecleaning didn't even bother to collect trash until I insisted.

They haven't cleaned they room first day itself, when i told them to cleaned it up till i come back they haven't done that too. I left early in morning and came back in evening till that time theres no clean up process done , ac was not working properly making some weird noise at night just because of that I'm not able to sleep , I've booked the room for 3 nights but for some urgent need ive to go back , so i asked for refund of atleast a day but the manager there refused me and telling me to conplain it booking com here there but he never helped me up !!

Staff behaviour is exceptional. We can't imagine like this Mumbai. Most of my previous Mumbai experience was very bad. The location of the hotel is also near to kurla terminus. I recommend those who are going for the Visa consulate appointment.
