Nice pool

Very disappointing experience at SBG Resort. The air conditioner barely worked — the room felt maybe 2 degrees cooler than outside, which made it extremely uncomfortable, especially at night. The restroom smelled terrible the entire stay, like mold mixed with open sewer lines. It was honestly hard to even use the bathroom because of the odor. What made the experience worse was that the gates were padlocked shut at night, so guests could not come and go freely. We were never properly informed about this beforehand, and it felt very inconvenient and restrictive. To top it off, the staff and owner were completely unhelpful when we brought up these issues. Instead of trying to resolve anything, they acted like our concerns didn’t matter. Would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

And yes, I had 2 rooms booked, so that’s why this review is showing up twice. Both rooms had the same issues. Staff said the place is for sale, so I guess the owner doesn’t want to fix anything.

Уютное чистое место. Большой бассейн, ухоженная территория. Есть закрытая парковка. Место кажется безопасным. Мы были на автомобиле, поэтому было комфортно добираться до всех необходимых мест.

Были перебои с wi-fi.

The pool and silence.

We stayed in quadruple room and it was spacious, very comfortable and spotless clean!Toilet and shower was exceptionally clean and all the staff are amazing. We definitely stay there again😀
