Reasonable price for comfortable and clean stay. The place is relatively new and it was very quiet when we checked in. It almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The young lady was very helpful and hospitable. The owner's mother can be a little more friendlier but they were very accommodating and flexible overall :)

Location is about 10-15 mins walk from Lambug Beach. Pool filter wasn't on when and there were some insects floating. Guess they didn't know how to switch it on but that was just a small thing.

Amazing stay, beautiful garden and pool, very nice and clean room, helpful staff.

Not a problem for us since we had a motorbike but if you don't, you have to walk a bit to get to the nearest restaurant.

"Bad relation Price / Quality"

Its in a quiet place, wich is good for rest. Good view and good swimingpool. Regular breakfast. Big room up to 4 persons. The excellent guide tour they have to go to kasawan waterfalls. - THANK YOU for that unforgeteble day . Friendly staff.

Because its far away from everything the nearst restaurant is like 3 km away. Apart of that in only will find food in Moalboal with is 12 Km, Bad wifi very unstable. Cleaning never been done or asked in 4 days not even cleand the ashtray outiside room Many problems, like with door lock, plumbing, Very expensive for what you get. You will find better for less price ( even thinking that i was in a room up to 4 persons )
