The location was excellent, on a bus route into Lincoln or easy to get a taxi.

There isn’t any negatives to comment on as we found everything was lovely.

Very good welcome from the hosts, we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived.

Lovely seating area outside, but it is a busy road with lots of traffic passing by. It didnt spoil it for us though.

The house is all on the ground floor perfect for my frail mother-in-law. House was modern, in good order, very comfortable and I enjoyed the leather suite in the television room. The shower was exceptional and the beds very comfortable. Most useful to have our own personal parking and the front gate worked well. Patio area looked very nice - but we did not use it owing to the weather. Very light roomy property and conveniently situated close to Lincoln but not too close.

Oven extractor fan did not seem to work

Incredibly spacious, private gate to area giving extra security for annex, house and car parking, comfortable and lots of things provided including bread, butter, milk, wine, crackers which was very thoughtful! Toilet is 2 separate rooms. Fully functional kitchen, dining room and garden patio and pond for a view!

Bedroom duvets were quite thick for a summer stay, but did open windows to cool bedrooms down

Amazing hosts, home from home, lovely touches; roses, little food hamper with bread, milk. wine, cake, cheese and crackers. We loved our stay and will be back x

Little trouble with the shower but not enough to report it to Andy.

We only stayed one night to attend a (sad) family occasion, but would've loved to have stayed longer. The property is superb, the hosts were lovely and the facilities are amazing. The big bonus for us was that we could take our dogs, at no extra cost, and they were welcomed with open arms. Our alternative for our famility would have been two rooms in a hotel, probably with rooms in different parts of the hotel, with no outside area for the dogs and at a much higher cost. As it was, we had two bedrooms for the four of us, a comfy living room and fully equipped kitchen (with bread, milk, butter, wine, bottled water, crackers and cake provided) and a very nice outside area at Hendrix. These lovely, friendly, welcoming people simply don't charge enough for what they provide. Even the bedding and towels were top quality. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely comfortable cottage near Lincoln. Great welcome, dog friendly.

The accommodation set in the garden was a very high standard.

Stayed here before and loved it. Really close to Lincoln and Lincoln Showground. Beautiful property everything is done you a really high standard. Wonderful welcome pack too. Andy always really helpful.
