Love this property

Found some litter under sofa, but didn’t bother us too much.

Andy was great, gave us info on local areas and showed us around the cottage. Cottage itself is lovely, has everything you would need in a great area. Added little extras were also great.

Nothing, all great!

Overall it was super, location, facilities, pleasure too stay there..

This place is amazing, a real home from home, everything has been well thought oit and everything you need is provided, nothing was too much trouble for Andy our host, we were even allowed to check in earlier due to an event we were attending, we had planned to go out again in the evening but the house was so comfy and cozy we decided to get takeaway and stay in! Out of this world comfortable beds, and an amazing shower! Absolutely 10 out of 10, I could happily stay here for a couple of weeks while exploring the surrounding areas.

Great stay, we needed to get our puppy out of the heat and Andy very kindly let us check in early to do so. Nice touches, everything we needed. Bus to Lincoln was 20 mins so good location too.

Andy was very helpful and a real nice chap we felt safe there knowing any problems Andy would sort the cottage is lovely and well sorted he has thought of everything fans when it is hot underfloor when cold backup electric heater when chilly home from home we both said we could live here will be back

No effort had been spared to make this a welcoming and comfortable stay

They supplied some basics for us for breakfast - we had also brought things ourselves but it was so sweet and so appreciated. Especially the bottle of wine!!
