Kind staff

We paid for a deluxe room but our room was not anything alike. The walls were moldy and the room was damp. There were holes in the wall so it was windy and noisy. The bathroom appliances were rusty and covered with limestone. We think that the hotel was under reconstruction but this situation was not mentioned anywhere. We could hear the noises during the whole day.

The bathroom becomes very slippery after a shower. Water goes all over it
