Excellent staff. Excellent hotel. No scam as seen in Mahipalpur hotels. I was very anxious about Mahipalpur hotels as there are so many fake reviews available on the web. Explored google reviews plus reviews on booking.com, agoda etc. Finally I selected this hotel. It is nicely located only 20 meters away from the main road (3rd building). The receptionist called me about my arrival. Very nice room at a reasonable price. I was allotted room number 1002. Excellent room and service. I will stay again on my return journey from abroad.

I had excellent experience while my stay at Yash Palace hotel in mahipalpur, following are the best things which happened. 1. I booked my stay for 15 days & paid full amount but due to last minute change I have to cut short my days & checkout 6 days early, Preema at the front desk helped to get me refund of remaining days & quickly via upi paid back refund amount. She is really kind & helpful person with phenomenal customer service skills & goes above and beyond to help which is rare to find. 2. While my stay I enjoyed food at this hotel and ordered during night time, early morning time & the staff was so much attentive to quickly respond on phone & deliver within 15-20 mins of order. Both the staff at night time & day time was exceptional in service delivery 3. During my stay i felt welcomed at the hotel & very homely vibe where everyone in the staff was keen on helping in any which way possible for them. This is really important and very well executed by the entire staff. 4. I got complementary breakfast at my room everyday with delicious indian food of my choice (aalo paratha, puri bhaji & omelet) along with coffee/tea 5. The hotel room is very spacious & clean, i felt comfortable & secure during entire duration of my stay, also if needed getting the room cleaned or replacing the bedsheet/towel/pillow cover is just a call away. 6. I used hotel laundry service as well & was happy with the price & delivery of it. 7. Hotel is very close proximity (walkable)to all the spa & food places & transport. Overall very happy with my stay & thanks to all the staff members to make each of my days special

The hotel is very conveniently located for the Aerocity metro station (5-10 minutes walk) to give easy access to the airport and Delhi city. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was quiet.

The room was adequate, but disappointing as our booking was for a deluxe room. There was no sitting area and no windows, Breakfast was included but it was not made clear to us that it was cooked on demand.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. For the price it was perfect for a short stay before a flight. Photos of rooms are accurate.

The staff was great. The lady receptionist pemal was very helpful and answered all my questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.
