Emerald Home Stay

From start to finish, our stay at Emerald was amazing! The room was super clean and comfortable, The bathroom was spacious with large shower and plenty of warm water The breakfast and dinner were both outstanding, with well-prepared local dishes that really showcased the flavors of the area. The hosts were exceptionally kind, always ready to assist and make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place

We spent four days at Emerald Home Stay and felt as being home! Wonderful and very very helpful hosts! Thank you very much! Breakfast and dinner were extremely good! We had a spacious and comfortable room with AC. We even were brought to the bus terminal when we left.

⭐️共用キッチンと冷蔵庫　リビングがとても汚い ⭐️個室冷蔵庫と思っていたら共用でした。 ⭐️全体的に掃除はできていない ⭐️ルームキーがとても使いにくい。 ⭐️リネンが臭い ⭐️帰りの送迎代　レンタル自転車の料金が高額であった

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec fruits, gâteaux et jus de fruits. Nous étions attendus. Tout le monde était aux petits soins pour nous. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. Tout est propre et les serviettes de bain sont douces et grandes. Très bien situé.

Very nice new clean rooms ,really big Hosts are super friendly and willing to do everything for their guests. The lady is a very good cook , amazing dinner and breakfast .

Het ontbijt was geweldig en overvloedig. De gastvrijheid van de eigenaar en zijn vrouw waren geweldig. De eigenaar heeft 2x een tuk tuk voor ons geregeld en ook de excursie naar wilpattu. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw hebben ons met hun eigen auto naar Trincomalee gebracht en het afscheid was heel erg hartelijk.

It was my favourite place to stay in Sri Lanka, and we stayed at many fantastic places with great people. What was special is that our hosts treated us like family, were always happy to have a chat, and really went above and beyond to be helpful - they helped us get to the train station, buy a train ticket and many other small things. Apart from that: - the home-cooked food is delicious (and portions are quite large). - they can rent bikes - the Ancient City is 20 minutes away - the room are newly refurbished, clean, with some nice touches (the tea bags, etc) Thank you so much for your kindness and your hospitality. This is a special place.
