Fabulous views, location and secure. Beautiful property, super clean and a very lovely place to stay.

Had a bit of a tussle with paying for parking but that’s not the fault of the property. It might be better for underfloor heating to remain on a constant medium/low ambient temperature rather than it going off as it became quite cold. A fan heater was provided however.

Fabulous apartment, perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Beds so comfortable. Great communication from letting agents.

Lovely modern apartment, great view overlooking the Merchant Hall and very close to the centre of York.

The apartment was very clean and in an amazing location.

The only grumble, you are not able to put the underfloor heating on outside of 5pm and 10pm. We came in March it was 3-5 degrees some days and it was cold. Would have been nice to put on the heating when needed. I understand costs have increased but paying just short of £400 for 2 nights should mean I am able to be warm during the stay.

Location was fantastic for everything to do. Apartment was perfect for us for the 2 day break to be close to shops, restaurants, bars and local attractions and using facilities in the apartment.

The only things I would say were a negative were the beds could do with being king size instead of doubles. There’s enough room in the bedrooms to warrant this. The noise from outside was quite exaggerated by having to have the vents open. The locally geese on the river were quite vocal 😂 and there were some folks having a little fun on the way home in the early hours (good for them). Wouldn’t stop me staying here again though.
