Near to the city. Has 711 nearby. Comfortable beds. Room is spacious enough

The towels smelled bad. Like someone spilled over gasoline or baygon on it. The staff are nice, but they are tactless. It is funny that the checkedin guests are 2, but only 1 gets free breakfast. Might as well not give free food. Also, they have a lot written in the menu, but when you ask, 2 out of 10 are unavailable. Might as well not put up a menu or put unavailable in the 8 options there.

It's near the hotel where my family stays

Their listing is a lie. Prices and inclusions should always be transparent! I booked for 2 person room with breakfast (for our drivers) and I was never informed that the price only comes for 1 breakfast! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE from Booking.com here in Manila and in the places I have been around the world. They should have stated it there and not surprised us, it's sneaky and sketchy and kind of scam-ish.

"Lift to be fixed"

The lift should be fixed since it makes a loud noise when it stops and starts at any floor. I couldn't sleep at all and I even had stayed outside for one last night.

It is near the Swissotel and Mimosa. Has 711 below but therr are beggars which makes it awkward to go outside the hotel area. Theres enough parking since there are less people Staying. The pool is excellent!

The reception are friendly but may need training in handling people. They have unusual side comments. Also, they offer breakfast but a lot of the options are out of stock.

"Will not go back.. paid more than I expected"

We paid for 3 adults and 1 kid but the staff said only 1 breakfast .. I talk to manager and they gave us free breakfast .. first stay breakfast was great .. second day , not cook well ..

Never had anyone check room before i check out .. my daughter got sick and got some on blanket and pillow case .. they make me paid extra for it being dirty .. only 5 channels on TV.. the hotel was older . Had to paid an deposit up front .. argue about only having 1 free breakfast, when I paid for 4 people when I check in .. later that day I talk to manger and I got 4 free breakfast..told them to clean room around 8 in morning because we be gone ..didnot clean room when we left in the morning.. had to tell them when we got back ..
