All the staff we're really nice and friendly! We have no issue at all.

Air-conditioning not cold, we were sweating and can't sleep at all. The shower and toilet was on below of expectations. The mattresses are very hard so with the pillows! TV is not working properly, no clear channels, no Netflix as uou cannot watch any movies at all. Not worth the amount we paid, P24,000 almost for 3 nights.

there's no sink in the bathroom and one of the bathrooms shower is broken. No complementary coffee or tea in the room,so it very basics.

Nice location, easy to find as it just across two 5-star properties - Swissôtel and Hann Casino, and we get a good view of these buildings from our room. In the same stretch of the road few kms away are two big malls. In front of the hotel (just few steps) are restaurants and a convenience store.

Their shower is not enclosed so when you take a shower, the entire bathroom goes all wet. Also, there is no lampshade or nightlight. You can get your nightlight by opening your window so light from the hotel across would serve the purpose.

Its location and golf course view

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette. They do not inform guests that they allow smoking inside the rooms and the hallways and elevator smelled too. The staff do not know how to manage complaints about it and the food sucked. This hotel has alot of potential if they only specify smoking floors but according to their staff most foreign guests tend to ignore rules so they just do nothing about it. Very hazardous to health especially when traveling with family. Good location and view though too bad it smells like ashtray
