Great venue close to all local amenities.

Moved at the last minute, but to a very nice apartment. 3rd floor and no lift! Needed to chase them to get information.

Great location for visit in Bergen

They gave us the apartment for 10 people but 3 had to sleep on a couch that was not a pull out.

Comfortable and clean.

Steep spiral staircase to 4 th floor. No elevator. We had 3 checked bags. Had arranged access at 2:30pm, but had to wait almost 3 hours because previous guests didn’t leave, cleaning, and also computer issues? Pretty sad.

The space and location was great. It was a plus to have an extra half bathroom..

I wish that things in the apartments were cleaner. I dropped something on the sofa and had to pull out the cushions. It was full of crumbs and obviously hadn't been vacuumed for a long time. The second appointment on the 4th floor, the cleaning crew never came back to clean the half bathroom. Things had not been as clean. I just thought things could have been cleaner. The location and space was great.

Clean and relaxing, host was easily called with any concern. Also, had a place to store luggage after check out!
