Its location close to the fort.

No sign of the property, lack of amenities, way of payment(requires cash, although is mentioned that cash not allowed on booking). Bathroom didn't have bathtub or closed shower.

Very close to the Souq, yet quit. Very spacious room, the whole house is nicely decorated.

Breakfast room is a bit dark, the desk staff struggles a bit with English, but overall nice and helpful.

This hotel has an awesome location, just a short walk from Old Nizwa, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. We loved our terrace view and the charming patio downstairs, which was a great spot to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful, adding to the positive experience. Our room, and especially the bathroom, was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The only drawback was the lack of a fridge in the room. However, there was a large shared fridge near the reception, which was a convenient alternative.

Breakfast was the same everyday. the Beans were so salty no one could eat them

Location walking distance to Nizwa old city, near free parking. Good breakfast.

The hotel does not have any sign in front of it, so it was a little bit hard to find.

Location of the hotel and dose not have car parking for special needs, the smile in the room it was poor and the fan in-the room its not working totally my experience is very bad I don’t recommend to return again to book this hotel thanks

Good central location

I wouldn’t recommend this property. It is in a good location for Central Nizwa, however it’s hard to find, the shower was broken & no water pressure, no fridge, room is a bed & weird glass bathroom with shower curtain for privacy & poor breakfast. All done very cheaply to rip tourists off due location. And cash only.
