Very spacious room, beds very comfy, curtains you can use to block efficiently the sun, we slept very well. Room is nicely decorated. Guest house is just 5’ from Nizwa fort, fantastic place. Service is nice and efficient

Breakfast was really really poor. Sort of British tourist breakfast but in poor way. Apart from that great place

Location -was very good. Service - ok, Room - large and cosy. Very good and clean Breakfast - really good. Garden - a nice place to relax after a lot of foot walk or just enjoy some quite moment Internet - working, but not in the garden which is fine to me

Location - An information to park on the big free parking beforehand would immense help while approaching the appartment. Service - the Bangladeshi service was appropriate although not speaking English in a way I would expect Breakfast - Maybe not putting all dishes per person before in silver foil where bread & egg (which both are delocious) get cold. make it fresh, people have time

The localisation is ideal. Breakfast is OK.

It is a pity that the front desk person barely speaks english.

Hard to find, I recommend to put some info on doors… Hard to find any authorized person

Very close to the city centre, walking distance. Very nice comfy room. Big shared kitchen with everything.
