I booked this as an overnight stay as a surprise for my brothers 60th. It is in the centre of Richmond market place.

My brother rang me and informed me how filthy the room and ensuite were. General dirtiness, unclean en-suite with hairs in the bath and not hygienic. They complained to the manager who was not interested. I was heartbroken to have his special birthday spoiled by what he told me. Shame on you Bishops Blaise. Whoever gave you good reviews were very very easily pleased of they were paid

"Travel a lot with work & this is definitely not a £90 a night establishment"
