"Great for a one nighter the night before your cruise!"

An elevator was broken, so there were lines to use it some points of the day.

One of the elevators was out all week long, there are only 3 luggage carts for the entire hotel to use and the breakfast food wasn't good

"Overall the hotel was great too"

Loved that housekeeping left little animals around for the kids to find

Had 2 elevators but only one was working. Hotel was crowded and took forever to get an elevator. Took stairs every time as elevator was always packed and had to wait three or four times for the elevator to be empty enough to get on. Breakfast was a bad experience as food was gone as soon as as she put it out. Waffle batter was so thick it would not come out of the spout kept getting clogged Went to eat at McDonald’s instead. Needed more employees in breakfast area to help out.
