Comfort Suites Titusville near Kennedy Space Center

I would like to give employee Jenny a high five for customer service! My daughter was overjoyed by finding mini figures (turtle, duck, astronaut) hidden around the hotel. We saw Jenny adding a small mushroom figure and she admitted it was she who was hiding them because she enjoyed seeing the kids find them! The hot breakfast was very good each day! Thank you! Also loved that this was a new hotel and everything was fresh.

I didn’t like that they only clean your room if requested. Also, the bathroom floor was dirty when we checked in, especially behind the bathroom door. I threw my dirty towels behind the door so hopefully they will see the grunge when they clean the room. One elevator was broken so it took forever to get up and down.

We have family in Titusville so we come there often. The location is perfect. Christian at the front desk is always very friendly and professional. Our room is always clean and quiet.

The only thing that was so so was the sofa bed, the mattress was uncomfortable,,

Nice property to stay at.

Did not get the ADA room that we paid for, my Wife needs the ADA due to hip and knee problems but room was over booked so we ended up with a regular room.
