Verona Hotel and Conference Center

It was clean and comfortable bed (yet a bit small for me)

Only one towel provided. No WiFi (smart tv did not get internet connection). Room rather small, no place to unpack a suitcase except on the bed.

My room was very dirty which made my stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting the was built up mild/brown stuff under the bathroom sink and in the shower. The bathroom stunk of sewage. My bed sheets were also dirty as was the floor. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff were wonderful and very helpful and the location was great. Just the cleanliness of the room was an issue. Cleaning staff need to be trained to clean rooms properly.

The serenity here is really nice, but the electronics are quite outdated. There’s no Netflix available, and the only channels you can watch are aerial channels. The facilities need significant upgrades; it's 2024, after all! Which hotels still don’t have TVs that can access Netflix and YouTube?

Clean, the staff were fairly attentive.

No hand towels or washcloths. I change rooms once because of different issues, however, one room was Internet friendly for the TV and access my Netflix and Prime Video and the other wasn’t.
