Nice facilities like the steam room

Reception by the staff was poor, the lady dint bother to direct me to the room you work to find your way.. You get to the room no details on wifi written anywhere, the telephone has no numbers to show what services to call for so you walk back to the reception, no kettle, no iron as it’s indicated when booking.

I honestly liked the rooms. The rooms were always so clean and very comfortable. I felt at home all these days. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and so helpful.

I hope the food at the restaurant can be improved, it was the only thing that let me down.

I like the way treating people and the cleaning

It’s location near my appointment, it’s clean and the staff are generally well trained

There’s a sewage smell in the corridors. I think there was a plumbing problem.
