The location was great really close to everything ans convenirnt parking. The rental was clean and very spacious. AC worked well in all rooms. Owner has a lot of beach supplies you can use which is great. Kitchen is super well stocked which is very helpful as we mostly cooked.

Overall a great experience! We did have to pay when we got to the rental and there were some difficulty doing this, I would have preferred it being an automatic payment through the website as they already have the credit card information.

Cool area with fun things to use under the stairs.

There are everything you need for the stay, from cooking pots, oils, coffee, beach chair to emergency kit.

Loved the location. All kitchen items you could possibly need were provided and the beds were very comfortable.

It was a very quiet area with access to all points of interest. Check in was seamless. The accommodation had all the necessary items plus a great selection of beach items. It was very comfortable and nice to have AC. Parking was off street and we had an outdoor shower to wash our dive gear. Plenty of towels. We had access to washing machine which was very nice.

We loved the neighborhood, the rooms, the beds, the AC, the access to beach gear, and safe parking.

We liked all of it. 10/10 but would be hard to get around Kona from this location without a rental car.

Location was excellent near Kailua-Kona. Host had many of the conveniences of home ready to go... clean dishes, soap, pans, toiletries, etc. There were also lots of beach items that we could use while there.

The unit was a little dark. A few brighter lights in the living area would have been good. But this is really minor, it didn't really make the stay bad at all.
