"Good value, clean and well equiped. No ocean view, and part of a larger house."

The place was clean and very well equipped. Had all the beach stuff you would need. Also all the housekeeping stuff you would need. Great location for getting to the beach, downtown Kailua, and access to Captain Cook and areas to the south. The little linai area was nice.

Generally, the property was misrepresented on booking.com. It was not a house, but really an apartment downstairs. The photo is from upstairs where the owners live. There is no ocean view from the apartment downstairs or the lanai area.

Space and location was perfect for our family of 4. Centrally located for all the great activities in Kona. Comfortable beds and they even put an extra bed in for us so our kids didn’t have to share a room. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and all kinds of things for us to use on our trip which was great! Our kids had a blast boogie boarding and we enjoyed our beach time

Very friendly owners that were very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Very well kept home with lots of unexpected bonuses such as cooking oils, spices, some welcome drinks and snacks as well as beach toys, coolers and reusable grocery bags to use during the stay. Also, streaming services available for the tv and an old school super Nintendo with lots of games!

Absolutely nothing!!!
