"Exceptional service and hospitality"

Everything from check-in through to check-out was smooth. We planned to check-in at 15h00, but called for earlier access and it was granted without a problem.

"enjoyed our stay"

Bed was very comfy - nice linen and pillows.

Unit was a bit dark - they could improve the lighting. Our unit's bathroom windows looked onto the back units patio and eating area which was a bit wierd! Some of the staff could not speak a word of English which made communication difficult.

The place is beautiful, self catering friendly, outdoor braai kitchen and dining area with pool view and calming sound of the flowing river.

Some pillow cases were not clean, I did not like the navy towels.

The pool was a bonus and the fact that we had a connecting room for our grandkids was a bonus. Gas braai under the laptop was wonderful. Definitely going back. Thank you.

""Deluxe family suite" did not meet expectations"

Walking on the dirt road I came across two zebras and herds of Impala and Blesbok. That was nice

The family suite we were allocated did not match up to the photos on the website. There are several adjacent or adjoining units in a communal compound with low noise privacy. Wasn't really value for money

"Everything you could wish for"

It all started off with great communication with the owners who were so lovely. The place is easy to find and the terrain isn't difficult... Unusual for that part of the world. The facilities were second to none with the most gorgeous swimming pool you can imagine. Everything that we could possibly need was on hand to make our trip memorable. Elizabeth who checked us in was incredibly welcoming. All of this added to the amazing clamber down to the river, where we were able to relax and swim and totally unwind. This is a very special spot. My aging bones are going to appreciate some sort of rope grab rail down to...and more especially 'UP' from the river!!! (I'm short, and the steps are high😊...not the most elegant sectacle for bystanders) I want to be coming back for many more visits! The photographs don't even do this place justice.
