Хорошее место. Рядом автобус, который едет на островную Венецию. Удобно и быстро. Большая квартира мы с комфортом здесь расположились. Позже что нам повезло, что нас в итоге встретили, всё показали и ответили на наши вопросы.

Микроволновка стояла не подключена и розетки для её включения нет. Газовая печь с электрической духовкой не подключена к электричеству. В результате розжиг газа не работал плита вероятно старая и для розжига была зажигалка, но газ контроль работал очень плохо - нужно было около минуты и больше держать ручку газа, чтобы горелка не потухла. Через день зажигалка вышла из строя и пришлось покупать новую зажигалку. Люди, которые рассчитывают готовить в доме должны уточнить текущие состояние плиты и других электроприборов в кухне. Электрический чайник пришлось держать на полу, другого места для его включения мы не нашли. Кроме того предварительная "лёгкая" регистрация для нас превратилась в тяжёлое занятие не на один час.

Il manque quelques petites choses dans la cuisine : une planche à pain ou à découper et quelques cuillères en bois pour ne pas abîmer les plats.

Was not able to obtain access to the apartment. Tried telephoning the provided number twice. No answer. Left messages. Waited 2 hours. No respones from owner/manager of the apartment The apartment is in an apartment block with security gates.. Spoke to some of the other residents in the building as they entered or left the building. They knew nothing of any AIrBnb apartment. One resident told us that airbnb was not allowed in the building ! A lady walking past kindly informed us of an hotel just around the corner which fortunately had a vacancy as it was by then 6pm.This experience has taught us not to book private apartments unless a lock box and key are available and the lock box code is provided well in advance.

Nagyon különleges volt a berendezése, mintha egy kastélyban laktunk volna.

Hiányoztak a mikrózható tányérok.

Amazing apartment to stay with family.

Everything was really good. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location is quiet and easy to get to Venice. There is everything for cooking, enough kitchenware. The apartment was clean!

Only one thing we didn’t like about the apartment is communication with owners or estate agents (I don’t know who is responsible for this) We didn’t get any information about the check in. I mean we even didn’t know where the entrance is, which floor we need, what the number of the apartment is… it was very strange because nobody answered us! We were going up and down on different floors looking for the apartment… with a child it was quite difficult. And still I didn’t get any answers (about check out as well)
